There’s new revelations coming out of the Trump Administration that Donald Trump is going to refuse his salary during his tenure as President.

Although this is not technically new to anyone who has followed Trump on his campaign trail, it serves as a symbolic reminder to his political adversaries (specifically the establishment) that out of the many things that motivated him to run for office, monetary compensation- was not one of them.

Given that Donald Trump was the President and CEO of Trump Enterprises, it’s safe to say that he’ll have enough money to last him and his children’s children for the rest of their days. However, there are many people in the political arena not just in America but around the world who have various assets that networth a fortune- and still accept the salary that comes with their office.
