Don’t count your chickens before they’ve hatched
Election night seems like it was just yesterday. And with the feelings and images still fresh in our minds, one detail continues to be overlooked and not reported about the night it all went down.
Hillary Clinton spent a whopping $3,000,000 on what was supposed to be a monumental and grandiose venue celebrating her all but certain victory, basically a ground zero for the ultimate shattered glass ceiling.
Compare that to Trump, who put up some curtains and some flags at an auditorium.
This subtle display of fiscal responsibility is exactly what the entire Trump campaign stressed throughout the election. Budget cuts on wasteful public spending (or in this case, FOR the public) is crucial.
And nothing else says Under Budget and Ahead of Schedule like wining the election and not spending a fortune on a victory speech.
